With over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, Eddie Pershin is the founder and principal of Ink Realty Group, which he established in 2020. Since its inception, INK Realty Group has built a strong reputation by providing expert Commercial Real Estate services to a distinguished list of national clients and respected regional and local businesses. Eddie’s vast knowledge and experience have allowed the firm to successfully serve a wide range of clients, including small business owners, investors, corporations including national, regional and local tenants, landlords, buyers and sellers.

Before founding Ink Realty Group, Eddie was a co-owner of Atlas Realty Group for 12 years, where he honed his expertise in commercial real estate transactions. Throughout his career, Eddie has earned a reputation for his exceptional customer service, clear communication, and commitment to follow-up—values that continue to drive the success of INK Realty Group.

Known for handling tough negotiations with precision, Eddie and his team go the extra mile to ensure clients receive the best value for their investments. A large percentage of the firm’s business comes from loyal repeat clients and referrals, a testament to the high level of service and dedication provided by INK Realty Group.

Outside of work, Eddie enjoys spending quality time with his wife and three daughters, often traveling to watch his kids play volleyball. This balance of family and passion for travel keeps him grounded while remaining dedicated to the success of his clients.

Ashley is an experienced commercial real estate broker with over five years in the industry, specializing in tenant representation for national brands. With a well-rounded background that includes both the data and brokerage sides of commercial real estate, she brings a strategic and informed approach to every transaction. In addition to her leasing knowledge, Ashley is well-equipped to guide clients through transactions such as investment sales and land acquisitions, ensuring they make confident and profitable decisions.

Ashley provides comprehensive representation throughout the leasing process, from market research and site selection to drafting proposals and working closely with attorneys on lease negotiations. Her deep market knowledge, along with strong connections to local attorneys, general contractors, and industry professionals, allows her to deliver exceptional service tailored to her clients’ needs.

As a small business owner herself, including managing her own rental portfolio, Ashley is passionate about helping small business owners and commercial investors succeed in a competitive market. When she’s not working, Ashley enjoys staying active through workouts, hiking with her dogs, and unwinding by the beach with her fiancé.

As both a real estate investor and owner of rental properties in Charlotte, Summer understands firsthand what small businesses and commercial investors need and want.
